The unique scenery Millstättersee Lake, an impressive panorama and the grateful mountains world creates a perfect sorrounding for your great relaxing holiday. Millstättersee Lake – in the south of Austria – is a real Carinthian jewel.


Our family vacation houses Waldstrand Berger are located right next to the lake, surrounded by 10.000 m² large national park. Carinthia is a part of „The Austrian Tuscany”, the most sunny days provides comfortable temperature of water, good mood and a south feel. Thanks to crystal clean, healing air is the whole area a climatic resort.


Our main motto is: Visit us and have a great time. Our vacation houses intended for 2 - 8 persons (60 - 150m2) are located next to the lake and has a very comfortable ambience with nicely furnished bright rooms, SAT-TV, separated bedrooms and completely equipped kitchen. All houses and residential units are with a terrace or balcony, and will enchant you by their beautiful panoramatic view to the lake and mountains. It is a pure nature, where in a peacefull biotop roes, rabbits and turtles meets one another.

Millstätter Lake

Where mountains and lakes are hanging to create the most beautiful natural views. That is the reason why is Millstättersee Lake rightly called a „Carinthian jewel“, which thanks to its great symphony of colours serves as an ideal place for pleasant activities during all year.

Millstättersee Lake is sorrounded by the Nockberge National Park mountains, Millstätter Alpe, Tschiernock, Goldeck and Mirnock. Millstättersee Lake is 11,8 km long and 1,8km wide, and along with Wörthersee Lake is one of the most watery lakes with a high quality drinking water.

Innsbruck - Felbertauernstraße or Brennerautobahn/Pustertal to Lienze - Oberdrauburg - Spittal/Drau
